Bug in Garmin Connect "Reports" feature

The reports page (http://connect.garmin.com/reports) has 3 drop downs at the top. Over the last few weeks, anytime you make a selection from one of them, the bottom two disappear completely, preventing you from being able to make further selections.

I used to choose a report based on "All Days", Activity Type "Running", group by month. This is no longer possible because as soon as I make the first of these 3 selections, the boxes disappear and prevent me from making more.

I'm seeing it in Firefox on multiple computers.
