Been having problems wth my 610, getting silly elevation 'spikes' since 20/04/2014 and have been unable to download since 24-25/04/2014. Any similar problems and any 'fixes' been published yet?:confused:
Yep been having the elevation spikes with about a week - Using Strava as well and all downloads fine there so it's def a Garmin Connect issue... as opposed to the device.
My 610 also started reporting silly elevation figures mid April. The last week the elevation figures have been complety missing in Connect. Is there a solution to fix this issue?

If you have huge (like 6000m) elevation spikes - most likely there is no solution. It if defo server side (Garmin Connect) problem and any actions with watches won't help. It looks like mu last run didn't have them.
Garmin support is terrible as usual - they just replied with standard canned email to my problem (restart watch, sorry for long reply blah blah blah).
Problems with new products (620, Fenix 2, new Garmin Connect) can be tolerated if they fix them. Such terrible customer support can't be explained and I defo won't recommend any Garmin products anymore to my friends and won't buy new products unless they fix their customer support issue. I have NEVER had such poor support from tech company.
