I uploaded a run (apparently through bluetooth on my phone) with my Garmin 620. I later connected my 620 to my computer's USB to update the software and my run showed up twice with identical data on my phone's Garmin Connect (iPhone 5s). I didn't check Garmin Connect online. I deleted the duplicate run data and when I went to log on to Garmin Connect online, the run is gone entirely.
1) How can I get it back? The data is still safely saved on my Garmin 620.
2) Is this a known issue?
