cannot upload TCX files into garmin connect

I'm unable to upload a TCX file, from strava or ridewithgps into Connector
Any ideas??

Garmin Connect is pretty particular about the format of the xml data in the tcx files that it accepts. Could you upload your file here so that I could try and fix it?

That TCX file is a course and not an activity. As far as I can tell Garmin Connect doesn't allow uploading of courses.
