This new website is rubbish!!
Nothing works properly.
Every time I create a route then save it want me to log in again then loses all the info.
Also, I now have to upload my data manually from my Forerunner 110, it won't just upload "all new activities".
WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the same problem over the last couple of days.
Why oh why don't Garmin test their software updates before releasing them?
I have been using software of various sorts for over 40 years and Garmin Connect is so bad it's embarrassing

I too have tried to create new courses that as soon as I try to save them require me to sign in again and then dump all the info and send me back to square 1..
  • Report this to Garmin support - there is another thread on here reporting the same issues over the past few days

    https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?84161-Can-t-save-route-that-has-just-been-created

As I have said on there - this is a user forum not a Garmin support site - users on here will help wher they can with advice workarounds etc but it is still important to report bugs/issues to Garmin directly

If it may be of any help:
Try to start with making a very short 'beginning track' (work at it less than a minute or 2). There's a good chance it will be 'saved'.
When it is saved, click on edit and add another relatively short part. Save again and edit again to continue.
Now and then (mainly when my additions are too long...) I'm being sent back to the sign in page.
But never mind, what has already been saved is still there, so you'll only have to re-track the last part.

Remind, this is merely a tool untill they solved the very irritating problem.

  • Yes, I have the same problem, every time I try to save a new track the website give me back to login window. It is not possible to create new tracks and that sucks!
I've tried with Mac: Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Windows: Internet explorer. No result.

Please, fix the problem, we have payed heaps of money for our devices and we need to use your site!!!

    Thx.
