Garmin connect does not show maps or graphs

Hi,

When I upload activities from my Edge 510 it does not show any graphs, nor does it enable me to edit the activities either. What is the problem? I am also unable to sync the device to my PC. All this has happened since the upgrade prior to going "Modern". What is happening guys it has all turned to s*** in the last couple of months. I am a bit fed up it with quite frankly. Its like having a a glorified bicycle computer.

    I agree with Andrew. A lot of glitches and bugs with this software this past month. Whenever I try to view my training calendar it immediately boots me out to the sign in page. I've tried reinstalling all of my garmin software twice with no luck. Whats up?

    I totally agree with the above I have no map facility since Garmin updated itself frustrating is a an understatement. But it seems that no one from Garmin is going to answer or deal with the problem. Not very good customer service in my book. May have to think about looking at another system.
  • What platform are you guys using? It is obviously working quite well for a lot of people, maybe you could provide some information so that the actual problem could be determined. I'm having no problems at all with Windows 7, Windows 8 using Chrome. I've tried IE for a few experiments and didn't see any problems, but I don't have as much experience with that browser.

  • I am using Windows 7 and IE 11.0.9600.17105.
    In IE I can't see the route of a run, or charts.
    This has recently stopped working - probably because of an IE upgrade.

    Chrome works OK.
