garmin connect see my new activity but get stuck when it try to upload it

Hi,

I have been using my 310xt for 3 years now and it's the first time it's appening to me: Today I tried to upload my latest activity and it doen't show in the garmin connect website.... If I try to upload from the website, it can see it as a new activity but it loop on it when it try to upload it.... For info strava was able to load that activity, but I really want to see it on my garmin connect account too.
I looked in ...\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\3808532795\History
and I can see my activity, the FIT file is there to in the Activities directories.

I try to export a GPX file from strava and upload it on garmin connect but it doesn't worked too....

I am out of idea on fixing that probleme... Does someone know why that run doesn't want to load?

One thing on that particular run is that I run under a channel for 200m, so I lost the connection. (but it's the 4 time I run that same run and I never at any issue before)

Hi,

I add my FIT file as it seamse to be corrupted

Does someone know what's appened to that file?

Obvious question - have you tried exporting from Strava as a TCX or GPX file and importing that into Garmin Connect? - that would circumvent your direct issue. Wouldn't provide an answer "why" but it would get you to your destination...

Fixed with the Fit File Repair Tool version 5.18.5.
I changed all of your GPS positions some meters to the west and to the north, upload to Garmin Connect works well with this modified version of your file.
Background Info: Garmin Connect has problems with certain GPS positions at the moment.

That the first thing I did, hoping to for it to work the other way around.... strava give you a GPX file, so I tried to import it to garmin connect and it say : Certaines activités n‘ont pas pu être créées. with mean that some of my activities were not created, and no trace of the run...
It look like I am not the only one having this sort of problem recently, I really would like to know if there is a fix on it's way or if there is something I could do.

Do you know if garmin is going to fix the problem?
It's going to be a full ti;e job for you is you fix all the FIT files for us :)

I also am having trouble uploading a new activity to Garmin Connect, it hust seems to go into an enless circling arrow.
