Where does connect get it's FTP value for the power section of an activity?

Mine is reading 200W (e.g.: http://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/488326018)

However in my training zones here: http://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/zones/cycling it is set to 240W?

Shouldn't these be the same?

Actually - might have just working this out - it was set as 200 on the Edge 810.

However I would have expected this to be kept in sync with the values entered into Garmin Connect? Is that not correct?

I know in the classic Garmin Connect you could sync the data that you entered in Garmin Connect back to your device by clicking the Send to Device link in the upper-right corner. I'm fairly certain some other settings would sync down as well, but I'm not sure of the requirements for that to happen.
