Using a Edge 500.

I've created a few segments that are in my usual route and it logs my time through these segments but on the leader board there are about 26 other people that have posted times but my name doesn't show up, only when I select "Me Only" do all my times show in a table. Plus when I look at my ride with all the info it shows me passing through my segments with the time but next to it is a little yellow icon that says "null" and a explanation of my time says "This ride put you on a overall rank of null"

So why isn't my time been put on the leader board? I've tried every setting possible to no avail. Also I cant even delete segments that I have created.

Any help appreciated.

    Anyone see times on segments prior to this year. All my times are from 2014.

    I cycled a route a couple of weeks ago and created two segments on it and saved them as favourites. The route also crossed five other segments. I rode the exact same route yesterday and neither of my two or the other five appear on it. Both rides have had privacy setting unlocked.

    Also, it appears that the blue 'position' on the segment number can't cope with anyone being lower than 999th on the segment as one of mine now says 'null' where yesterday the figure was 976.



    As someone else on this thread said, don't Garmin read these forums???

    Has anyone seen themselves show up on segments other than those they create themselves, i ride through segments but the rout always shows no segments crossed.

    You have to hold your mouse over a track and click when it turns into a finger pointing

    It only seems to work when you have 'Participate in leaderboards' ON as well as making the activity containing the segment public to everyone. If the activity is on connections only or private the position shows as null.

    Where is "Participate in Leaderboad" located? I am getting the same message "this activity did not cross any segments."

    I have the same issue with my time not showing up in segments or my name, in my phone on details it shows up. Also have the null in one of my activities. The way you delete a segment is by going to the activity in which the segment was created.

    I also have the issue that rides created before 2014 doen't show up in leaderboards. Very frustrating. Some rides shows "This activity did not cross any favorite segments" even thoug I clearly see that I have ridden a specific segment on the map.

    I'm not sure that Garmin has ever stated when rides would start contributing to leaderboards, but none of mine from before April 2014 appear on any of them.
