Is it possible to import GPX files created by other systems or services, save as a course, and then upload to my Garmin device? I have a couple of races coming up, and the course maps have been placed on MapMyRun. I would like to be able to put the courses on my Forerunner for training purposes.
It depends. Garmin Connect seems to be pretty picky about what it will import. The only way to find out is to try and see. If it doesn't work, come back here, upload the gpx file and ask why it doesn't work. Someone will help you out.
