Time vs. Moving TIme - Consistent 2 Second Difference?

My most three recent (recorded) activities (all runs) coincidentally all have a difference in Time vs. Moving Time of 2 seconds:

4/26: 49:16 - 49:14 (ET 50:22)
4/23: 27:32 - 27:30 (ET 29:02)
4/14: 1:10:18 - 1:10:16 (ET 1:12:40)

I also had another activity on the 19th, however I didn't realize I hadn't fully pressed the Start button and only recorded my cool-down when I thought I had hit the button to Stop. So it was deleted.

I have several street crossings on my runs. Some of which require waiting for a light, while others I can go if clear. So there is starting and stopping. But what's the difference between Time and Moving Time? The extra one to two minutes between ET and Time seem like a reasonable amount to account for when waiting for traffic. But where do the other two seconds come from?
