Course Function not working

having the same problem. every time i press save i get logged out. tried 10 times now for a ride tomorrow but looks like i will have to do it the old fashioned way and use a paper map!!!!!!!!!

Nice work garmin. Trash my riding plan. Hours i have been sitting here trying various browsers, wired, wifi, classic modern. All crashed.

On modern the course list just doesn't come back. On the 'classic' it just crashes.

I hope you have your support teams working on this right now. Something needs to be fixed or rolled back with in days not weeks.

When oh when will be there be a decent competitor. I have had enough.

This is amateur hour. I am livid customer right now.

I tried a baby 'test loop' and of course it saved. Fat lot of use that was.

Same here - it's a real pain in the proverbial...

So frustrating - there doesn't seem to be a way to plan a course and save it and send it to my Garmin, how not cool is that! Careful, Garmin, Runtastic is going to take over.

An loop around the block wouldn't even save for me, just kept taking me back to the login screen. What is the deal with that?

Yeah me too. Getting really p****d off with it now. Come on Garmin, sort it. Listen to your customers. We might be leaving you soon. Email also sent to support mailbox chasing answer. If I find out what's wrong, I'll post it.

I have been having the same problem for a few days now,I managed to make a course by first making a baby course and then going into edit to change it, a real pain in the arse
