Random elevation spikes (Fenix 2)

I have the same issue with my Forerunner 620.

It is really sad that even though you paid for the product when there are several Free alternatives like "RunKeeper" support still ignores you.
In my experience of dealing with tech companies (Apple, Jawbone several software companies) Garmin support is probably worst.

Support level and number of bugs in fresh products are 2 major factors turning people off Garmin. In Irish biggest discussion board there is huge thread about gram in and none positive opinions regarding Garmin support.

I have notice in the last week my elevation data is totally incorrect reading up to 53000m!
It is annoying. Also I have noticed that the website is very very slow.

I have random elevation spikes. Very high, like -6000m or +9000m.
That isn't a device problem as GPX export to RunKeeper or Endomodo shows correct elevation values.
That's started only yesterday.
Here my 2 workouts. Both were in clear areas without obstacles (seaside and mountain run), no buildings, no trees, clear sky.

There are three different option to calibrate the elevation: Auto at start, on-going and manual. Check, if you got the watch set to on-going, could be the reason.

I have the forerunner 620 not the Fenix 2 and i don't think that we have such option in 620.

You're definitely not familiar with the problem. It isn't watch problem - GPX data is correct. Import via cable works (e.g. to Endomondo). It is only Garmin Connect who shows weird elevation figures.
I sent support request on Wed, hope to get an answer from garmin within next 3-4 days.
