Deleting a golf scorecard

How does one delete a golf scorecard in Garmin Connect? Somehow I have a scorecard all with zero shots and this 1 card screws up all the golf stats. How can I get rid of it?
  • I have tried to ask this question to support via email and they just ignore you.

I was very specific about my issue being with Connect but the response was lifted from the watch manual. I don't think Garmin actually care about golf so i'll be taking the watch back to the shop.

Very simple. You open Garmin connect. You select scorecards in the left menu. Your scorecards will then appear. You click/open one and you will see a trash logo on the upper right to delete it.

Scorecards dont display in Garmin Connect

I also have a similar problem - a number of scorecards (that include shots measured) don't display in Garmin Connect - so these ones wont download and display so I cant deleted them either. Any clues?
Ive also asked Garmin support - but the issue is pending
I'm using an Approach G7 - and the unit is fine - but Garmin Connect doesn't have much flexibility (it seems). I also don't think Garmin Connect likes the shots in the scorecard.
    Anyone with a solution?

    shame !

    What a shame !

Can't delete 4 buggy scores cards in garmin connect. The cards don't want to open... no trash in the upper right... so I can't delete...

    Obviously, stats are unsuable !

    any idea ?

    Does not delete for me

It is similar for me, I click on the trash can to delete the scorecard, I get the delete scorecard cannot be undone confirmation message, I click OK, the message box closes but the scorecard is still there.

Hello, been a really long time since there was anything on this. I just ran into this problem myself. I may have found a fix at least it worked for me.

    1. Go to connect.garmin.com if you're using a cell phone request desktop site.

    2. Sign in, go to golf, then scorecards

    3. Find the problem scorecard click the name of the course and at the top right there is a little trash can. Click and confirm

    4. Go to the Garmin golf app and sign out then back in.

    Problem should be solved!

Sad that deleting it on your phone but doesn't update until you sign out and sign back in.  Such a SIMPLE fix GARMIN!!!.

Deleted the score card on my phone - still showed up.  Went to the website and the card was gone. Signed out and back in on my phone and hey ho, the card has gone.

So basically, delete the scorecard on your phone, sign out of the golf app, sign back in - all should be well.

  • I didn't need to sign out, could have been a sync delay

  • Very helpful, thanks! FYI I didn't need to sign in/out of Garmin golf app. I noticed it wasn't deleted initially but then went to another part of the app and returned to scorecard screen and card was no longer there - probably just a sync delay between website and app

  • Use website login for Garmin connect, not mobile app
