Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    I have a Garmin 910xt which started having issues with uploading about 2 weeks ago. Today it won't upload at all and now I can't get it to pair with Garmin Express. I've tried everything in the document. Nothing works. Advise please?

    Same problem here, to add to the dog pile. Running a 310XT, v.4.5 on 3.2.13 Garmin Express. PC is Windows 7. Cannot get two activities from the past two days to sync up. Have tried deleting device, reloading. Tried uninstalling GE and reinstalling. There does not seem to be a way for me to get GE to recognize this group of older activities. New ones seem to sync ok, after running short, 10-15 second test activities.

    210 won't sync have to upload manually

    My Forerunner 210 won't sync with the new version of Garmin Connect. I can (and for a month now, have been) uploading activities manually. I have deleted the software and started from scratch (I haven't deleted the 210 from my devices - just a little afraid that I will lose the functionality I do have). Please Help!
  • same here but I also can't upload to strava, endomondo or mapmyfitness - only was I can upload from my edge 1000 is on wi-fi from the device itself - slightly miffed with this whole garmin express thing, was all working perfectly fine with the old connector

    Same problem again here with the 410. Come on Garmin - it shouldn't be this hard!

    My 310XT stopped uploading info about a week ago. It doesn`t upload automatically anymore with the USB stick and when clicking upload on the Garmin Connect site it says Device found then looks begins searching for new activity but spends all day not finding any depsite new activities on my device waiting to be uploaded. I have contacted customer support last week but got nothing back.

    This is a disgrace because so many people are having this problem and Garmin refuse to make any comment. Somebody needs to make some Youtube video`s or get on Facebook so we can begin a viral campaign and hopefully Garmin might have to give us some answers.

    As an addition to my post I should just add that I have contacted Garmin twice now about this issue and on both occasions they have not replied to me. Absolute disgrace, I really regret buying a Garmin now.

    I've all but given up. I've resorted to a good old fashioned spreadsheet to track my marathon training. I've only got an FR70. Thankfully the HRM works but overall I think Garmin sucks.
  • Sorry to hear about your recent upload problems. This thread is very long due to a problem that existed a few months ago where an actual outage on the Garmin Connect side prevented ALL uploads from completing successfully. That issue has been fixed, and as a result I'm going to close this thread.

    If you are still having upload problems, the root cause is ultimately different, but we are still VERY interested in fixing your problem. Please create a new thread describing your problem and we will do whatever we can to resolve it. Here are a few key things that will be helpful in resolving your issue:

    - What device do you have?
    - What is your upload method, e.g. Garmin Express, Garmin ANT Agent, Garmin Communicator Plug-in?
    - Are you using "Legacy" Garmin Connect, or the new "Modern" interface
    - Then please provide a description of your problem, including any steps leading up to the issue.
