Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    Same here. having bought the watch uploads were successful for a week but after that, now a month, it will not upload data.

    Forerunner 310XT upload does not work

    I have the same problem. I've been using 310xt for a month or two now and noticed lost activities earlier, but at the time I attributed it to my learning curve. But for the last five days I haven't been able to upload a single activity.

    Garmin phone support works only when I am at work, and their e-mail support page crashes :(

    I would really appreciate a comment or an e-mail from Garmin on the subject.

    ... another piece of data: I found the folder where Garmin keeps files for uploading, and there are no copies there for the last five days

    My Garmin 410 will not upload any runs to Garmin Connect. Tried adding Garmin Express but doesn't look like it is compatible with the 410 yet... how else do I get them off my watch??

    My Garmin 405 will not upload my runs. I was forced to download/install the new Garmin Express this AM. After the install completed I inserted my ANT stick into the proper USB slot and placed my watch near. It beeped and began to download (according to the display). But there's nothing from today or yesterday being displayed. What's up?

    Garmin Express 3.2.7.0
    Windows 8 64 bit
    Google Chrome Browser 35.0.1916.153 m
    Yesterday, uploaded a bike ride and I believe the FW also upgraded.
    Today, tried to upload a run and after I click Sync Now, it just sits and spins.
    Tried rebooting watch and comptuer -> Nothing
    Tried getting to the files thru computer explorer and I had no issues getting to the files. Made a back up of the .fit files on my desktop.
    Tried a hard reset of the device... Made a quick two minute file -> Nothing
    Tried removing the device from Garmin Express (Garmin Connect) -> Nothing
    Trying to figure out how to upload the file manually with the new softer... Never did find where I could do that.

    What should we try next? ~frustrated~

    By the way... when I connected via Garmin Connect Classic View, I had no issue uploading files.

    Additionally, during the run today, at around 3.6 miles, the watch locked up (why I decided to do the hard reset earlier on in my troubleshooting).

    Is there any way to revert back to an older FW on the watch?
