Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

  • Ok, I have went out of space on my Garmin 620, no data can by synced and old workouts are being overwritten.
    So I have to manually copy my FIT files to computer and hope that someone from Garmin will in fact decide to fix this.
    It's been five days now, my patience has run out, and I'm feeling furious.
    And no, this is NOT a Garmin Express problem.

    I have been having the same issues, not downloading any of my runs for the last 3 weeks.

    Same problem a couple of days ago so I created a 1 second workout whilst in front of the PC and this uploaded without problem. Yesterday's run was fine but tonight's will not upload. I've noticed the elevation's been looking a bit weird for a while now. I've had to create workouts manually until this is resolved. Oh.....everything works fine with Sportracks.

    Same problem. Small (test) training with little data is uploaded, larges file (350k) is not uploaded. Even manual uploading of the file is not working. I use Edge 810, hart rate, candans/speed and Vectors, all Garmin equipement.

    worked fine for me...... but you need to upload the GPX format file, not the FIT file.
    take a look on the solution.


    It's rough, not integrated, only usable in manually mode.... but it works.

    Note: After clicking "Submit" then click your Garmin Connect tab then switch from Dashboard to Analyze or vise/versa to bring in your GPX file.

    I tried every conversion and fix that I know of and I could not get a single GPX file from Benmoffat or Fedorico to load directly into Connect.
    Also....I have 2 accounts and tried unsuccessfully to load several GPX files into account "A" that has previously been loaded into account "B" and were still there and functioning.

    Garmin Training Center loaded both GPX files from Benmoffat and Federico with no problem so the files are just fine.

    Garmin Connect is definitely broken regarding the loading of new GPX files.

    So I just spoke to Garmin Support here in Australia. While they were unable to help me, I have forwarded them the link to this thread to hopefully help them realise this is an issue that's affecting many many users. I will post any updates I get back from them.
