Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    Yes my 510 has stopped uploading garmin

    My data won't up load from 510 to phone or when direct connection to desk top when trying to upload to phone it appears tp load 50% and the a red bar appears with the message sever error

    New activities now seem to be uploading, however, the older ones that previously couldn't be synched still do not load. See attached. Do you also see this happening?

    Also, I was able to upload successfully from my FR 210 to both RunKeeper and Strava, however, when I export those activities as GPX and upload them into Garmin Connect they also fail.

    Getting same problem on a new FR220. It won't upload one of my runs. It uploads fine on Strava, so the data is fine. Error message was "can't connect to garmin servers" (but it uploaded 4 other runs fine).

    Similar problem with 410 although I uploaded yesterday & the activity from that day seemed to upload OK but the activity from 2 days earlier won't upload! ???

    Same issues with Edge 810. Have been trying since yesterday afternoon but still no luck. Hopefully someone from Garmin can reply with some kind of acknowledgement and, ideally, an estimate of the fix time.

    Same problem here - Garmin Express has successfully uploaded the file from my Garmin 620 but no activity shows up in Garmin Connect. And I only get error's when trying to manually upload the FIT file through the modern interface.

    Where is the response from the Moderators?? Pretty embarrassing, considering all the problems they're already having with the 620
  • I'm the developer of the "Fit File Repair Tool" and think I found a way to modify the activity files so they can be uploaded. With the help of the Fit File Repair Tool and some manual work I change the GPS positions by a few meters and then the activity files are accepted by Garmin Connect.

    If you have an important activity file that you want to upload you can send it via email to mathias.krallmann<at>freenet.de (<at> = @) and I will send you a modified file back so you can upload it via the "manual upload" method that Garmin Connect offers.

    Please understand that such a modification causes 10-15 min manual work, so please send important files (races etc.) only.

    Hi guys,

    I am having the same issue.... seems like a lot of people here (like me) are on the 310XT... maybe its just a coincidence.

    Anyway, has Garmin responded yet?

    Hubby and I were in a half marathon today and neither of us can upload. I've got a 620 and his is a FR10.
