Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    If this is linked to Express try posting on the Express forum, the team there are very responsive.


    @SUSSAMB, I am using standard Garmin Connect and not Express.

    I have tried express, normal and iOS. Nothing work.

    exactly the same problem worked fine up until monday but won't upload my latest ride does work with strava though where ride downloaded successfully so not an issue with data corruption.

    Using Mac with OS X 10.9.2, safari ver 7.0.3 garmin edge 500 3.30.0.0

    Same here, nothing works, tried uploading using bluetooth from my Fenix 2 and got "server error", tried using Garmin Express and got a sync error, tried manually uploading the .FIT file in Garmin Connect and got this error: "Some activities could not be created".

    Same here, downloaded OK via Ant Agent - but did not upload to Garmin Connect. Tried manually uploading from C:\users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\<dev>\History but get the "some activities could not be created ...". Please help Garmin.

    Same here.... Strange thing is that a simple small workout I have no problem, but with a bigger cycling workout it goes wrong

    Two days ago I proceeded to the loading of my activities from my Garmin Edge500 to Garmin Connect ( as usual)
    I have noted that one of activities showed me the way Loading .. (as below)

    I tried manually but nothing .... ( it showed me : Unable to create some activities [/ B] ), the file (.fit) is loaded correctly on ST3 and also on Training Center , so I thought that the problem was with the GC.
    Yesterday evening I tried to load the activity of the day (just ended), to see if it also gave me the problem .... the activity is properly loaded on GC ....

    But if the file doesn't have problems and GC apparently also ... why doesn’t this activity load properly ?

    I hope someone else will manage to tell me something ...;)

    Its seriously annoying me now, last three workouts just continue to say uploading, also gpx files manual upload say cant create some activities, fine with strava etc
