Problem with Connect and Edge 500

This is ridiculous. My uploads were find before the stupid upgrade thing kicked in and now NOTHING WORKS. I want to see my data please. When I log in to Garmin Connect and try to look at the dashboard, absolutely NOTHING works on there. I get a blank blue screen. I am SOOOOO frustrated at the moment. Spent an hour too long here already. I just want to see my data. Can anyone help please? When I click on todays activity, I get a message saying that I have no application to open the file with. REALLY? Where's it all gone then? ARRGHHHHH.
