I doubt if the S4 team monitor these forums, which with a few exceptions are mainly user-to-user. Both of you should raise this with Product Support, either through e mail or by phone, so that a support ticket is raised
I was on the phone with them for about an hour and a half this morning. It was they who told me that I'd have to play another round of golf to fix the issue. Go figure. Having said that, they were very professional and as helpful as they could be.
