How hard can it be to sync and update??

Garmin,

Considering that the product, in my case is an Edge 500, how difficult can it be to just sync and update software? Strava apparently has sorted out the one click upload...Garmin, well....I am requierd to revert to the old Garmin to upload as the 'new' and obviously not improved connect fails to upload/recognise new activities???

Massive Fail on the development side of this website!

Exactly what issues are you having? It's difficult to help you if you don't explain in a little more detail. Garmin Connect/Express syncs/updates for me without issue.
