If you really need Garmin Support, then go to their support website http://www.garmin.com/us/support/. Make sure the country/region is correct for you (upper right of page).
This forum, as are many, is mostly where users help other users with what ever info we can.... sometimes good, sometimes bad. Rarely you might see a Garmin rep here, but that's rare. Even the moderators are likely volunteers with no real connection to Garmin.
You should start a new thread instead of responding to an 8 year old one. You got an issue with the app, but this is the web forum. It is probably unrelated to the watch model, but it is great that you mentions which one you got. The operating system of the phone is also interesting.
Try a restart of the phone. Check for updates of the app.
