Hi, I have a Garmin 500. Nothing but problems with HR readings since start - sometimes it works sometimes don't. Given up as tried everything Garmin suggest.
My HR details / profile cannot load to Garmin 500 as comes up error so no HR zones to go by. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset garmin and still same.
Mac says it can't detect device when try to connect with new express now so I must be the fault as this is ridiculous.
Anyone out there help as think i'll go get some other make.
Its 4 yrs old and i just use for recreation and would like keep an eye on my HR. (getting old):D
