Can't remove Workouts from "Sync status" of the Modern Connect

Hi,

I can't remove Workouts and it is always 53 there. I added Training Plan to my calendar and then I removed it. But the new Garmin Connect tries to sync them every time and fails.

I can't remove either. Then I press the red button (Remove) - nothing happens.

If I click "Send now" Garmin express app launches and tries to sync with my watch but ends up with error.

Any ideas how could I clean up my Sync Queue?

    And items in my sync queue are piling up. Now I have more than 100.

    I noticed If I do "Sync now" Garmin Connect tries to launch Garmin Express. And Garmin Express tries to sync all the workouts to my watch. And syncing ends up with error.

    Any ideas how to empty the sync queue?

    I think Modern UI just doesn't support a proper Training Plan upload.

    How could I get attention from Garmin Support?

    I have exactly the same issue, and I can't sync anything now from Garmin Connect to my Forerunner

    I am having the same issue. I haven't figured out how to fix the stuck training plan from my Sync Queue in modern dashboard or through Garmin Connect, but if you switch to classic it works fine. I was trying to send a training plan, so I went to calendar in classic and used the Send Workouts to Device option. When I disconnected my watch, it did the Updating screen and then everything showed up fine.
  • Having this same issue, it's stuck trying to sync a course I no longer even have stored on garmin connect. Must be a cache file somewhere for it on my computer but I cannot find it.

    I have the same problem…. I can´t remove the workouts from the sync status
  • No fix for this?? I have 7 workouts that I cant delete form the queue and therefore have 7 errors everytime my 220 syncs with garmin express! AAAARRRR!!!

    Hi this happened to me and I tried everything for days - finally got it to work by removing the device from Express altogether (go into Device and click on Delete device from express). When I then went into the dashboard my 5 stuck workouts were removed from the queue. I did a test sync and it worked.

    I really hope this helps as it was absolutely frustrating for me!

    I've experienced the precise same problem,I've send a couple of emails to tech support, but they seem unconcerned with the problem. Took 3 months for them to reply to my first query. I'm now on my 6th email chain and still no helpful advice!
