Change in Elapsed Time on Garmin Connect?

Hi Garmin team,

I make lots of time trips where I leave in the morning to work (trip of 1h30), during work time my Garmin device is down (work 9h), after that I drive back home (also 1h30). This would mean elapsed time of about 3h, Garmin Connect used to work this way.

Now already for some time I notice Garmin connect is showing elapsed time of about 12h, although downtime of the device !!

Can you please change this back, to the way it used to be ??

The behavior changed to match what they document will happen. I believe that it is necessary for some of the other features to work correctly. I seriously doubt that you'll see it change back. Just save your activity when you get to work, and start a new one before you head home for the evening.
