VO2 MAX Problem

Hi,
Any idea why there might be a discrepancy between the VO2MAx listed on my Fenix2(52) and that listed on my Dashboard on Gamin Connect (49)....is GC all of my data whereas the F2 is only seeing what is stored on its own memory? IF so, why wouldn't syncing fix this?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Does anyone from Garmin even read this board?
  • I have a similar problem. I think the root cause of this is, that there is some issue with the date when your Garmin Connect VO2Max 49 has been recorded. Please check the report graph for your VO2Max and my expectation is that your value 49 has been recored into GC with wrong date - with a date from the future. I had a similar issue - Fenix 2 got frozen and VO2Max has been recorded into GC with the date 04/07/2019, so it allways shows that value as my last value even I did other runs with my Fenix2 after that. And I can't delete that from GC...
  • And I can't delete that from GC...

I'm pretty sure you can. Go to

    http://connect.garmin.com/health

at the top of the weight graph, select VO2Max from the drop down. Click on the bad measurement. Then click the Delete button below the graph.

I'm pretty sure this can be done from the modern Garmin Connect, but I don't see the delete button when viewing from my iPhone. I'm almost certain the button is there when viewing from a desktop browser.

  • Yes, the button is there. But it works just for all the other measurements except VO2Max... :(
