Cadence chart not shown when using an indoor rowing machine

Hi,

I have a Concept 2 model D with PM4 that can connect to the Garmin ANT+ devices.
The PM4 transmits the start/stop/power/cadence/speed data to the Garmin watch which records it.

The problem is that the Garmin connect site doesn't display the cadence chart. I know there were issues with the cadence chart when running with a foot pod, but these seemed to be fixed at least for me.

Here is a rowing session in which the cadence is not shown:

Later edit: I just noticed that the cadence data is not saved in the tcx file ... I was not expecting this. I will have to contact Concept 2.

Please support.

I have the same problem (and I found several other threads similar to this). The cadence data IS in my activity -- you can see it in the exported TCX, and Training Center has no problem displaying sensible values. I think there's a bug in Garmin Connect.

    I'm using an FR70 with a Concept2 PM4. Here's a sample activity:

Note that the average and max cadence in the summary are exactly two times what they should be.

    Same over here!
In fact, I have recorded both with FR70 and FR610. Same story. With Model D and PM5.
In reality when I import the activity into SportTracks 3.1, I do get the sroke rate under candence field
But in Garmin Connect, it does not even show up.
By the way, I am not seeing this stroke rate multiplied by 2 to match the running dynamics thing, I am just not seeing anything at all in GC
anyone found a solution to this?
    thx
