It's now called "Sync". You need to have the Garmin Express App running and your device connected.
"Sync" is modern and cool whereas "Upload" is dated and passe. Frankly, I don't like sync. "Upload" is unambiguous and unidirectional. Sync can be some ill-defined bi-directional thing and make you wonder what's going on and will it screw up your device (AKA update its software).
