Profile rejecting Facebook URL saying it's invalid

I'm trying to enable the Share button on my Garmin Connect page. I'm putting in the Facebook URL that goes to my FB page but it gets
rejected saying it's not a valid URL. Here it is with a few digits removed to protect my privacy: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=8275####
This URL works from other computers to take me right to my FB page. Why is it being rejected? I did a forum search and nothing came up that
was helpful

I'm not sure I know what you're looking at or are trying to do.

If you want to enable the share button for an activity, all you need to do is change you privacy setting for the activity. Just to the left of the share button is a little lock icon. Click it, and select Everyone. If you want this to be the default for all new activities, you can change that on the Privacy settings page.

That is the problem. The Share button and associated lock icon are grayed out. No mouse action possible. I figured I had to set the Facebook URL in the settings to get the button enabled.
