Cadence Graph not showing

Anyone know how a fix for my cadence graph that is no longer showing on my activities? It was before and now it won't. Thanks! Also any idea when the timing issue will finally be resolved?
  • The only workaround that I know of is to change the activity type to Running or Cycling as appropriate. As long as the activity type is one of these, the graph appears.

    This isn't working. What is happening now since yesterday, is the Bike Cadence is replaced by Run Dynamics!? Instead of Bike Cadence info it shows a Running Dynamics summary that shows average and max running cadence with a blank cadence graph. Switching to generic Cycling doesn't change anything. I don't have a foot pod and the numbers it shows for cadence aren't the same as on my Garmin. This is what it shows before I even try to designate it as a Cycling activity. The default for me when I upload is Uncategorized.

    It is a Tactix running the Beta 4.16 software. I am using the Cycling profile when I am recording activities on the bike. I have the ANT+ sensors settings on for the HRM and the Speed/Cadence Sensor. I have had the Beta 4.16 software on the watch since the 18th. I just reviewed all of my files, and the first issue with the cadence showed up on a ride I did on the 22nd. Rides that I did on the 18th and 19th properly show cadence on Garmin Connect.

    Update. I was able to fix my issue. Whereas before it was not an issue, because nothing had changed in what I was doing prior to the issue, apparently you have to calibrate the Fitness profile under each watch profile for everything to work. So while under the Military profile, I had all of my fitness profile set up properly. I had to fix the fitness profile in my Cycling profile. Once I did that, particularly with the cadence sensor, everything worked. Even though I had the Cycling profile set to have the foot pod to off, and the cadence sensor to on, the Fitness profile within the Cycling profile had overidden those setting. I am even able to specify Road or Mountain Biking within Connect without losing the cadence data. It seems strange though that the general fitness profile data such as height and weight does not carry over between the watch profiles. I had to update those as well.
