Garmin Connect & Vivofit glitches and improvement for Garmin to consider.

I have recently purchased the Vivofit and I am enjoying it so far. I have noticed some glitches and things that could be improved either to the device itself or to Garmin Connect. Please understand that I am NOT complaining and I am just looking to help improve on an amazing product and service that you are already providing.

1. When you take a Nap and put the device in to sleep mode we should be able to view the sleep chart for the nap and we should also be able to rate that nap and put a "face" to it and rate using "I woke up feeling...". I hope that makes sense.

2. When I create an activity I should be able to EDIT all the details and add information after the initial creation of the activity. As of now all that can be done is add a note to the activity. If you want to change or add the time, distance, etc.. i have to delete the activity and create it again which is a little annoying.

3. We should be able to mark the start and end of activities with the button and we should be able to do so without the heart rate monitor which would make the above (note 2) easier to enter and be more accurate without having to use any other devices. I required details from a GPS phone app in order to add activity detail such as time and distance to the added activity. If we could mark the activity then we could add the NAME of the activity once we sync'd the device to the computer or phone and add any other details/notes that we wanted from the phone and computer also.

4. The CONNECTIONS Tab: When I change to view activities it will not allow me to go back to view "ALL" and show the daily steps. In order to get it back i have to remove it from the dashboard and then go back and add it again.

5. I can't speak for the phone app but the computer app should be a little more user friendly and easier to use. This is probably just me. LOL

6. I am not sure if this is possible with the current model but it would be nice if in the future there were alerts and or alarm features added into the Vivofit device itself. This is just my opinion and I know that it takes a lot to try and fit all these features and parts in to such a small device.

7. This is a question for you. I know it states water resistant up to 50m but I would like to confirm with you that I would be able to go swimming in a shallow pool and not have to worry about breaking the device. Is this safe for the Vivofit product? I will be doing surface swimming only and it is part of my physio program, I am hoping that the vivofit tracks my movement through the water while I swim.

Thanks for everything and I appreciate you taking the time to read what I had to say and recommend, I hope you have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Thanks
Andre
