Elevation Corrections Off

The last runs me and my partner did the elevation correction was disabled in GC. I got a 620 and she runs with a 610, so it should have been enabled automatically. Even if I enable it manually the elevation loss and gain are to high. Anybody else got this problem?

I use Dakota 20, so it collects barometric data to determine the elevation. In the past, I was able to choose which way I wanted the elevation calculated (either from the barometric data or from maps). A few months ago, it bacame impossible to switch between the two after the upload. GC itself would determine which way it wanted to do it and I could not change it. Strangely enough, if I deleted the file and uploaded it again, more often than not, GC would choose the other way to determine the elevation. Again, I would not be able to overrule the choice. Now I cannot even upload my GPX files to GC anymore. They seem to be modyfing way too many things at the same time, hence the hiccups.
