not receiving activities shared with me; worked until a couple weeks ago

My husband and I have both been using Garmin Connect for a couple of years and forward activity data to each other. a couple of weeks ago, activity data that he sends to me does not get to my email. I've checked my inbox, junk, and trash folders. he has sent me the files multiple times.
  • If he is sending files (he is downloading the tcx/gpx and then sending it in an e-mail), then the problem is either with the e-mail software, e-mail provider, or anti-malware software that you are using. If he is sending a link to the activity via the Share button on Garmin Connect, then there is a chance that Garmin is at fault. I just did a test and I had no problem sharing an activity via e-mail using the Share button.

    Have you checked that the mail didn't end up in your spam folder or something like that?
