You're missing the point that Travis made ... there isn't necessarily Garmin participation in these forums. On the other hand some forums, eg Basecamp, Express, do have Garmin staff contributing.
AFAIK they don't participate in Connect forums. However Connect is being replaced by Express so perhaps try framing your query in the Express forum.
Yes as the above guys say this is a user forum - you need to contact Garmin support. I have found them helpful in the past and they may well assist you but effectively you need to raise anincident ticket with them.
