410 Pairing problem - please help

After following the instructions of the manual that came with the device;
- Garmin Express recognize and finds the device: Forerunner 410
- Press continue
- Press Enter on device to transfer data
- Device indicate "transferring data"
- Garmin Express says: "Sorry, Pairing Could Not Be Completed"
- Press Try Again.

Nothing happens, please help. thanks :mad:

Try to connect by ANT agent software (not Garmin Express) it worked for me with my 405cx.

I am having the exact same problem with my 410. It goes right to transferring data, and never pairs up. It is not recognizing that I have any history on the device. How do we fix this and get our information onto the site! Pretty frustrating!
