Can not see my activity maps/HR/ cadence charts etc

Hi I can no longer see any of my activity charts when I go into an activity. can I get them back or to show again?

Thanks
  • I'm seeing them with my activities just fine. What browser on what platform are you using?

    I can't see my charts either. I have been trying browsers IE11, Google Chrome, and Firefox on Win7 (home) and WinXP (work). I have just downloaded Garmin Connect to my Samsung Note tablet (Android) and can see the heart rate chart there. Seems like some setting has been cached and I can't change it. Can't find any thing on how to change/refresh.
    Thanks.
  • In most browsers, pressing Shift+F5 will force a page to be refreshed. Are you guys looking at the modern or classic Garmin Connect?

    Gidday Travis; Still can't see anything in IE, Google Chrome or Firefox. Shift F5 only did a refresh in Google Chrome. I can see the details like average and max heart rate, but the chart is blank; a dropdown at the bottom is empty, and a checkbox named 'average' is unchecked (but doesn't seem to affect anything). I presume I'm looking at modern Garmin Connect; the appearance change a couple of months ago without any input from me; I haven't consciously selected either one.
    Thanks; David

    The classic Garmin Connect looks like this and the modern Garmin Connect looks like this. Given that, you should be able to tell which one you are seeing by default.

    I don't typically use IE, but in the past you had to add garmin's sites to your list of trusted sites. Could you follow the steps outlined here and let me know if that helps?

    Gidday Travis;
    I currently have the classic Garmin Connect. I have added Garmin as a trusted site as per instructions, but no success with either IE or Google Chrome. When I checked your examples of classic/modern, the charts look like mine - an empty box.
    Thanks, David.
  • Weird. I have no such problems. Have you tried logging into another computer? Logging out and looking at your activities from there?

    Gidday Travis;

    Yes, first thing I tried - laptop & desktop at home, plus work computer. Same all round. The Android tablet was the only device that showed the charts and proved the data was actually there.
