Error connecting to Wordpress

I have the Garmin Connect widget installed on my Wordpress blog. When I installed it I had a forerunner 320. A few months ago I upgraded to the 610. Now I cannot seem to embed activities on my blog and the Garmin Connect widget shows the following error on the main page of my blog "Error connecting with Garmin Connect. Unable to login"

Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

If you look at the Garmin Connect Plugin faq page you'll see that it has the same error as you are seeing. I'm guessing the problem relates to the changes Garmin made to the authentication mechanism in February. Given that the plugin hasn't seen any updates in 2 years, I think this is a pretty safe assumption.

I think the only course of action would be to contact the developer of the plugin and see if they'll update the source, or you could have someone with some PHP knowledge take a look at fixing it.
