Hi, Im hoping to get a response from Garmin with respect to my account on myGarmin. I have so far sent 2 enquiries to customer support (https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/escalateForm.htm) however its been over 2 weeks with no response.
My issue is I have not used my account for a long time and have since forgotten password and changed email addresses so I cannot login. The account has a product with which I want to update my garmin GPS device.
Can anyone advise what I should do to get this resolved? I'm unsure of the standard response times from support, so I was thinking could I re-register the device under a new account in hope the purchased product would be accessible?
Any thoughts?
