I have to say I am extremely disappointed in Garmin, I was in two minds about buying a Garmin product with all the issues my partner has had with her forerunner, but I think I have made up my mind.
Got the 'Garmin connect unable to send course to device' error when trying to send a course to the edge 800. It worked once for one of my routes, said it had done it for the other, however only one showed on my device, attempted to send the other course again and it is now failing completely with said error message.
Not a great impression on a new customer who has just spent £600 on two of these devices. I only really brought it for a sportif I am riding tomorrow, so thanks for royally screwing me over and ruining my day. Suffice to say I shall have a blast at your agent tomorrow who will be demoing the units at this event and let people know how terrible your product is.
