...cant open my dash board page - HELP!!!

Last time I used my Garmin everything worked fine, got info about the switch to modern!??! Tried it now cant open anything...
Any ideas please...

    I have the same same problem. All I get is a blank blue screen with icons that do nothing. Using Safari browser.
  • FWIW: With "Modern" GC, I can't open an activity in Firefox, which is what I normally use, but it works in Microsoft IE. Modern reports are also broken in Firefox but work in IE. So, for now, I just use IE for GC Modern. Classic is still working OK in Firefox.

    I think ever since I downloaded WE 11, I can't access my dashboard. I can't use chrome. It's hell.
  • Sorry for the trouble! There is a known issue where Safari 5 doesn't correctly load the widgets in the Modern UI and that issue is being worked on. Newer versions of safari should work fine. In the meantime you should be able to use Firefox or Chrome.

    For others having issues, it would be helpful if you could post specifics about the problem you are having and include the browser and browser version that you are using.

    So how can I go back to the original Connect? If I don't want to change browsers?

    Mac OS X 10.9.3, Safari 7.0.4. The 'modern' UI just shows a blank screen. Same problem in Chrome. Screenshot attached. Works fine in 'classic' view.
  • I do see an AdBlock Plus icon in that screenshot. I don't use a Mac, so I can't tell if the extension is disabled or not, but have you tried disabling it or at least whitelisting garmin.com?
