Modern Garmin Connect does not provide capability to upload runs

I switched to Modern Garmin Connect and cannot find the capability to upload runs via USB from my Forerunner 620. I'm now up to 3 hours trying to find out how to accomplish what was an easy task prior to this new Garmin Connect software. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

The third icon down on the menu bar on the left (with the two arrows) should offer this. But you need to have installed Garmin Express first which you can get from here: http://software.garmin.com/en-GB/express.html
