Upload problem

Starting from yesterday I couldn't upload my gxp file in Garmin Connect!
I use an Etrex30...
I'd tried to upload manually and automatically but with no result.
Manually I'd received a generic error message, automatically I'd waited for an hour without result.

  • Same here, import in Strava or SportTracks works but not in Connect whatever system I use (iOs app, Manual upload, Garmin Express,...).

    My hope is that this thread stays active and they'll do something about it, or at least let us know what's going on and when it'll be fixed...

    What's weird is that a lot of people are able to keep syncing... I'd create a new account and try from that (maybe it'll work?) but I can't download all my past activities to reupload them to another account...
  • I'm not able to upload my .tcx history files. When I try to upload from the Garmin Edge 705 it gets to the end of the device scan and then hangs. I reinstalled Garmin Communicator but still no good. I tried copying my .tcx history files to my local computer and then Importing them from the Upload page and I get an error doing that also.

    i recently reset my forerunner 110 watch and now cannot upload new .fit files. the 'timer' sticks and nothing happens. from the posts above it sounds like a garmin connect issue - is this true? if so, any idea when fixed or how to fix? file - - - /Users/jamesattridge/Desktop/2014-04-24-18-32-32.csv.txt

    I've had the same problem for the last week. Nothing will download from my 110 to Garmin connect. It just hangs there. I wrote an email to the support group and got a response that the data files might be corrupt and they recommend I delete the activity folder. So sadly, I deleted my entire activities files from my Garmin, meaning I lost the ones I hadn't been able to download. I updated the device and tried to download a new activity. Same problem as before. I guess the files weren't corrupt and the problem must be with Garmin connect. I've tried different computers, updated the Garmin download software, cleared my browser history and still nothing works! Has anyone gotten a positive resolution? Thanks!

    I had the same problem in last couple of days. Try going to Internet Options and clear your browsing history/cookies. That resolved it for me.

    I can not upload activities for several days to Garmin Connect from my FENIX. but last week it was ok.

    Last night when I want to upload my activity with about 22Km in 2hour, but it just hang in "Uploading". I tried several times, it's the same, so I let it "uploading", and this morning, still failed, nothing upload to CONNECT.

    Any solutions ??????:confused::mad:
