How to edit and/or delete golf rounds on Garmin Connect ?

hi all,

I'm able to edit and delete activities uploaded from Garmin Edge 800 for cycling but does anyone know how to edit or delete golf rounds played and uploaded by Garmin G8 for golf?

I have the Approach S4 and while playing with the watch, I ended up uploading an unfinished scorecard to Garmin Connect. This new version of Connect has many issues but not being able to edit or delete a golf scorecard is a very big one. Hope it gets sorted quickly.

I have just purchased the Garmin s4 as well and whilst playing about with the watch I saved a round and now seem unable to delete the round from the Garmin connect tool, this needs fixing quickly as its a massive glitch.
  • Same here.

Customer service is appalling too as they don't understand what we're talking about. I was referred to the watch manual about editing the last round only which is not the point at all.

Watch going back to the shop i think as Garmin Connect don't seem to care about golf.

    Same here also.

Just got my Approach 6 and was messing around with it. Played golf today and there was also a round that I was messing with. Now both rounds are in there and I want to get rid of the one that I was just playing with. Is there any time line on when there might be a fix?

This needs to be fixed - otherwise the whole point of using Garmin Connect is gone!

I agree. I, too, bought the Approach S4 and the manual is less than helpful when it comes to uploading the stats, etc. I also had an extra round (during testing) and managed to also add another player (Player 5 is the description) which I cannot remove from the Scorecards Dashboard. I have used my Garmen Edge 705 (since 2009) for both cycling and running and have never had to worry about editing (quick edits) after a workout. I am surprised that this is not standard functionality in the S4 Golf Watch. I figured (incorrectly) that they had worked out these basics with this next version of the watch. Thanks for the other posts here.

Does Garmin Support/Customer service read this forum? If 'yes' than please, please fix this ASAP! I am in the same situation, just got the watch and while learning how to use it ended up with 2 mock rounds that will forever affect my stats if not removed. It is a really simple change from software point of view.

Same issue for me, I have an empty scorecard in the dashboard and impossible to delete it.

It could be great to have this basic functionality

Rather than worry about who is quoting incorrectly, it would be more helpful if you found someone at Garmin to read the forum and provide a solution

Another request for the ability to delete rounds. Having just discovered that Garmin have added Golf to Garmin Connect, I signed up and it sort of took over and uploaded a load of incomplete and 'fictional' rounds, which are now permanently on the record and are messing up the true state of affairs.

We really do need a way of removing unwanted rounds from the system.
