Missing privacy caused by tracks starting in front of the door!

As long as everybody is able to see via my GPS start/stop position in which house I live not only me will never use Connect!
Have a good example with STRAVA, there it works fine in the "enhanced privacy mode"!

Zitation:
"Enter a location below to have it hidden on your activity maps. If your activity starts or ends within a 500m-1km radius of the address, the start and/or end of the activity will be hidden from other users"
  • I think this is a worthwhile enhancement request, but to say that you can't use Garmin Connect because the feature doesn't exist is crazy. If you are so concerned about your safety/privacy, you could easily start/end all of your workouts from some other common location like a school.

Funny to correct round about 400 Tracks for this case.
In my opinion this problem is not acceptable, but surely easy for Garmin to make out of problem a feature........
If STRAVA this has solved why not Garmin???
  • Or you could change the privacy settings for your activities.

Are you sure it's fully solved by Strava? Have you ever exported gpx of a "protected" track? You'd be surprised.

EDIT: Never mind. It appears they fixed that bug!!!
