nuvi3790 FAIL to enter in sleep mode !

hi ALL,

i have a nuvi3790 and after using it for 3 years I had to replace your battery. After this, my navigator doesn´t enter more in sleep mode. Neither pressing the on/off button or by switching off the main power. Always after turn on main power or pressing the on/off button, it goes to cold start mode ! ... and, normally it gets 10 to 15 minutes to fix GPS !
The battery is charging and working fine.
Anyone have any idea ? Anyone can help me ?
