Can't send a workout to a device

Firefox 28 or the latest Safari, latest Garmin Communicator Plugin, latest Garmin Express (running). I have workouts created, and when I click one and then click "Send to device" *nothing* happens. I can see devices with Garmin Communicator Plugin, but can't send workouts. What the heck?

I'm trying to send to a fenix 2, but I don't think what the end device is has anything to do with it, since I have several devices and if I test the plugin it can see them all.

To update, I can send a Course to a device fine. When I click the Send to Device link on a Course, it gives me a pop-up that asks which device. But in Workouts, it just does nothing. I can add a workout to the Calendar, but I can't send to a device.

I'm having the same problem trying to send a workout to a 301XT tonight....wondering if its a bug.

But still no update to the software? Article says end of March. A big issue in my book that should be fixed ASAP! Renders a good amount of functionality of the 310-XT useless and was a big reason I bought the watch in the first place.

That doesn't help in the slightest for folks with devices that don't connect via ANT+, like the fenix 2. Are you saying that thanks to GCM being broken and apparently GC being broken there's just no way to transfer a workout to a fenix 2? This is ridiculous. A day or two I could understand, but WEEKS?

Hi,
I have a Fenix 2 with fw 3.2, Garmin Express up to date, Garmin Comunicator Plugin up to date, and I can not send either the personal profile nor a workout to the watch.
