hi, ive just done the brighton marathon and wanted to download it from my 610, the info was all there this morning but when it comes to download its gone, when I look at my totals for weekly and monthly they register it on my watch but there is no activity, can anyone help please as this was my first marathon and would love to see the split times?
  • There is a setting in the client software (either the ANT Agent or Garmin Express) that tells it to delete your activities after they've been downloaded. If you have this option enabled, the activity will be deleted. If the file was successfully downloaded from your device, it _should_ be on your computer. If the client software isn't uploading the activity to your account, you may have to locate that activity file (it will be a .fit file) and manually upload it to Garmin Connect.
