I guess you don't. You would think that there'd be some way to locate groups in your area by map view (which I thought they used to do) but I guess in the modern world with no internet borders <grin> you just have to know the exact order of three letters in the group name you want to see. Bizzare I know, but GC is full of bizzare half baked ideas, along with so good seemingly well thought ones.
Makes me wonder if Garmin is contracting too much of it's IT and web development to others that only do what the contract specifies(and contractors should only do what is contracted) and improvements/fixes via change orders cost too much money.
How do you find running groups in your area to join on Garmin Connect? Just looking for fellow joggers in the Akron-Cuyahoga Falls areas.
I was looking for the same thing. I am marathon training, and don't know a single person that uses Garmin Connect. I really like it, and be nice to find other runners in my area using Connect. I am not far from you TOPGUN13. I am in Youngstown/ Warren area.
