One activity missing in Garmin connect

Hello, checked the forum, but couldn't find the solution. There is one activity on my Forerunner 405, that is missing on my connect profile. It had uploaded activities from 20th March, 22nd March, 4th April and 5th April, but the one from 30th March is missing. I can see it on my device clearly, with all the details, but on my computer not. I am using Mac. I can see the files of all the mentioned activities in Library folder, but this one is missing. I also tried with the Upload button on Garmin connect site, to upload it directly from device, but same thing, I can see all other activities except this one... can anybody help me? Thanks! I can't really help you, but I can provide a little insight. When you try to upload activities 'directly from the device', you are actually uploading the files that are cached on your computer. It isn't getting the file list or files off of the device directly at that time. It is just showing you the files that it downloaded from your watch (the same ones that you are seeing in the Library folder).
Does this mean that if I delete files from computer, they will be downloaded again from device? How can I access files directly on watch? How can I mark activities on my device like they weren't copied to computer already?
I'm aware this is an older post, but for future reference you can find FIT files under C:\Users\Username\Roaming\Garmin\Activities\<fit files> (Windows Vista/7/8) . You can upload them to the Garmin Connect site.
